Our catering services are intentionally boutique in scale, allowing us to prioritize quality, consistency, and customization. We cater events of up to 150 guests, giving us the space to ensure every plate is thoughtfully prepared with the highest standards in flavor, freshness, and presentation.
From customized menus to seamless execution, our team brings an elevated yet intimate feel to weddings, celebrations, and special gatherings that deserve something more personal than traditional large-scale catering.
Private Chef Services
Hosting shouldn’t feel stressful. Our private chef experience takes the planning, cooking, and cleanup off your plate so you can enjoy what's on yours! Experience an intimate, seamless, elevated meal in your own home or at our restaurant.
Whether it’s dinner for two or a gathering with friends, every detail is tailored to your tastes, dietary needs, and the atmosphere you want to create.
Renting the restaurant:
Host your next celebration at The Vintage Kitchen. Our cozy space can seat up to 40 guests indoors, or up to 75 guests when combining our indoor dining room with the outdoor patio. Choose from our full restaurant menu or work with us to create a custom menu tailored to your event.
Pricing Guide:

About Megan
Megan Larson, Owner and founder of The Vintage Kitchen was born and raised in La Crosse.
Her passionate for cooking began at a very young age, Inspired by her grandmother, who made everything from dumplings to the humble ham spread. Megan learned early on that food is not just nourishment—it’s love, tradition, and community.
Her culinary journey has taken her through a wide range of kitchens. from beloved local favorites like Culver’s to fine dining establishments, as well as developing catering programs for various companies.
Along the way, Megan became the “go-to” cook for her friends, creating everything from casual backyard meals to special occasion feasts. Turning her passion into a career, Megan began cooking for families and sharing her knowledge through cooking classes.
Her philosophy, “you can always add more water to the soup,” reflects her belief that everyone is welcome at her table and that everyone deserves access to delicious, soul-serving food.
At the heart of The Vintage Kitchen is Megan’s commitment to creating meals that bring people together, celebrate tradition, and make every guest feel at home.
